Jarrod sold our house off-market and above our expectations. This was our first house sale and Jarrod kept us informed during the process and provided valuable advice on presenting the property and how to market the sale. Jarrod is trustworthy, honest, and hardworking which are all fantastic traits to have when you entrust someone with an important process. Highly recommended.
Jarrods service was absolutely outstanding. From the outset he was highly professional yet very personable which made the whole process run smoothly from start to finish. His knowledge of the market is second to none which aided us in getting the best possible outcome for our property. Top bloke who goes above and beyond, we can’t recommend him enough!
I would like to thank Jarrod & Elli for there amazing and professional help throughout the listing and selling of my property. Communication and knowledge were outstanding and I am very grateful I put my trust in them to advise and help me through the process. I wouldn't hesitate in referring them to anyone.
My home was listed on a Thursday and by Monday afternoon it was sold for an amount well above my expectations.....Jarrod was brilliant from valuation to settlement. His knowledge, experience, guidance and support made the experience less daunting. In the fast paced market that was 2021, he was organised, prompt and one step ahead, also a really genuine, honest, friendly guy. Elli was so supportive and guided me through the background things that needed to be done for a successful sale as well as keeping me informed "what happens next".
Jarrod was the agent I chose when I bought in Padbury 11 years ago. At the time, I thought if I was ever to sell, I would be going back to Jarrod. I contacted Jarrod again when selling as I had absolute confidence that Jarrod would be the person to go to to ask advice and handle the sale. Jarrod and Elli and the team are professional and efficient experts and will tell you what you need to hear. Their guidance and advice is invaluable.
Jarrad was great throughout the process. Got an amazing price for us on 2 properties that were well beyond our expectations! Was also really helpful in pointing us in the right direction of maintenance contacts and was always available to take a call. A trustworthy straight shooter in an industry where that sort of reputation is difficult to obtain. Elli is also amazing! Highly recommend! Thanks Jarrad & Elli!

Jarrod has been a phenomenal agent since the word go. I have interviewed couple of agents and Jarrod was the best. He was very patient, approachable and easy to ask questions. He displayed knowledge and always seemed determined to get best results. I know I can call him anytime and he always got back to me in case he couldn’t take my call. He has a great appreciation of the current market and have great techniques and strategies tailored to sell my place. I always had the feeling Jarrod and team knew what they were doing, which imparted great confidence to us as sellers. I found Jarrod and Ellie a great team with full of professionalism, dedication, effective and importantly helpful. They understand sellers condition and requirements and provide guidance and support accordingly throughout the selling journey, even if it means helping in carrying out building inspection. At the end, we can say we are truly impressed with Jarrod and Ellie, they got great results for us and dealt all the process with extreme professionalism, were supportive and importantly made all process extremely transparent; giving lot of confidence. If I have to sell again, I would simply contact Jarrod without a second thought. Great work Jarrod and Ellie.
