Jarrod O'Neil's name is synonymous with real estate sales in and around the area (Padbury) where we resided. We met with him in 2019 to receive a valuation on our property for some options we were exploring at the time. Whilst we chose not to sell then, we knew without doubt that the job was his when the time came to sell, which it eventually did in February of 2026. His friendly, approachable and personable manner made establishing a trustful report easy, and the whole experience was simple and pleasurable throughout. Granted, houses were selling themselves during this time, but that doesn't detract one bit from the quality and experience of service we received from Jarrod and his team throughout the entire process. Thanks to Jarrod's incredible experience from years in the industry, we received in excess of the amount we said we would be more than happy with. Jarrod is a genuine guy, trustful and incredibly generous with his time; we never once felt like he was in a rush to wrap up any of our meetings.
