Jarod was the most profession of five agents we interviewed to sell our property. At no time did we feel pressured, Jarod offered advice on what buyers might look for and was not interested in us spending a lot of money to make his job easier he provided ideas around presenting the property. We are busy people and live three hours from the property being sold, Jarod made this so simple. The price Jarod suggested we could get for the property was more than we had considered or been told by other agents we were even more impressed when he sold the property 5 days later for a lot more than we had discussed. If I had to sell another property Jarod would be the agent I would call.
