Jarrod was referred to my ex husband and me by a mutual friend to sell our home of 12 years. On meeting Jarrod I was immediately impressed by his personality. Jarrod is very friendly and professionally. I was particularly stressed leading up to the first (0nly)opening and he completely reassured me everything was fine. Jarrod communicated with me very well which clearly indicated he understood my needs. He presented all offers and negotiated a very satisfactory price! Jarrod remained frequently in contact leading up to going unconditional which I found to be reassuring. Given the sale of the property was a tough time for my ex and I Jarrod made it smooth sailing. I highly recommend Jarrod.
