We engaged Jase recently to sell our Twin Water rental property. As we were not local to the area it was important to pick his brains on a range of local factors first-up, in order to get a feel for market conditions. We also leaned on him to co-ordinate trades and stylists etc in order to spruce the place up prior to marketing. He actually stopped us from over-spending in some areas, which is geat. Throughout the entire selling process I felt confident we made correct decisions, and in less than two weeks on market we had close to twenty inspections, including a couple of keen buyers, and ended up getting a price very close to the top of our target range. The campaign ran over the easter holidays so we also got to know another great agent Julian, who was equally as enthusiastic and proficient. Being a bit of a control freak I wanted to word the ads a certain way, but with input from Jase I feel we really promoted the house in its best light for our target market, and the results speak for themselves. We received feedback and comments after every inspection, and communication was excellent throughout. The whole selling process was a lot smoother than I anticipated, and I was very pleased to have Jase (and Julian) representing us on this transaction. He is very presentable, unflappable, and highly organised. Would definitely recommend.

Jase provided advise on selling my property by auction and his advise and recommendations proved to be 100% accurate. Because I have been traveling internationally for my business over the weeks before the auction, I may not have been the easiest client for Jase to have to deal with. But he ensured that I was kept informed of developments in the real estate industry, he knew he trends and he knew the market. Very comforting for an international client.

Jase was up front and honest with no BS. Our property wasn't going to go for much but he took good care of us. I'd use his services again happily.
