Jas was great to deal with - friendly, honest and helpful. I was selling an investment property and due to the tenant, had to wait until the place was empty then do minor cosmetic renovations. Jas and Eleanor followed up with the tenant vacancy, kept me updated and looked after the renovations. Eleanor was so efficient that anytime I spoke to her I got an email within 5 minutes. Even though I was offered a lower commission with other agents I have no regrets as Jas was worth it and I trusted her opinion.
