Not having much experience dealing with real estate agents this lady was a joy. We chose Jasmin as she had taken control of selling a house nearby and the price achieved was very good. We contacted Jasmin and within no time she was at our home to discuss the marketing plans and schedule to go to auction. We had never experienced an auction before and were very nervous about the whole procedure. All was explained to us in plan language so we bit the bullet and went to auction. Open house was well organised with ID required and most weeks to response was great. Prior to the auction Joe the auctioneer came with Jasmin to explain in detail the whole process of the auction and discussing our wish price down to worst price. On the day of the auction unfortunately there was not one bid, not for the sake of Joe making a great built up of our property, location and facilities nearby. Two week later with more enthusiasm by Jasmin we sold. We are now waiting for settlement which was good for us - 30 days.
