After, having my home on the market from February 2019 to July 2019 with another Agent, and not one offer, I approached Jason, for his experience in selling, having sold my home to us in 2004. Jason took on the task of selling my home in August 2019, and had interested buyers coming through the first week. He would go in search of buyers and managed to sell my home in October 2019. It was good to know that I had someone working on my behalf, as I had become a widow since first meeting Jason, and found the task of selling my home a bit daunting, when you are on your own. Was looking for a 3 bedroom property with sufficient yard for gardening and a shadehouse and glasshouse, saw the property on internet, rang to see if was strata (a negative in my view), Jason advised it was but only 3 person, and having listened indicated I should have a look as yard was he believed ideal, and suggested I meet him at property on way to see other viewings that I had organised. Jason was there on time!, showed me round, with no hard sell, let property speak for itself, helped pace out yard to check dimensions, answered my questions. dropped back to His office later in day to check something, result was I made an offer which Jason immediately rang through, after some negotiation was accepted.
