Jason was excellent to work with helped me out with so many questions and if i needed to inspect something or get a quote for the property before settlement he had no dramas coming over to the property to help me out
I am so, SO happy we chose to go with Jason and First National Charmhaven. We did a lot of research and reading of the fine print of multiple quotes from different agents. Jason charges less than his competitors because he doesn't waste money on flashy marketing. We nearly fell victim to unscrupulous, dishonest and money hungry competitors in the local area. Selling a house can be stressful, often you don't know who to trust. We could not be more happy with the end result. House sold, a fair price for all, and no bull shit. From the time Jason listed the property he worked all avenues and lines of enquiry. The zoning of the property required exposing it to all types of buyers. It however was his experience knowledge and many contacts in real estate industry that paid dividends for us in the end.
