Being in the industry myself, I very pleased to have dealt with Jason for purchase of our land. Even though Jason was representing the seller, he was very understanding and patient with our purchasing process. Jason was professional with prompt follow-up and support. Thanks for all your assistance Jason!
My partner and myself have been searching for a property for about the last 8 months. During this time we have spent many hours with various agents. We found Jason to be one of if not the best agent we dealt with. Jason has a passion for the industry he is in, always professional, knowledgable and very patient. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone that is looking to buy a house.
My wife and I have used Jason to sell two properties for us. Jason has a positive, energetic and enthusiastic nature. We have found he is open and honest with his market opinions and likely outcomes with sales. He is very easy to deal with and communicates well and frequently. Jason has always gone the extra mile without hesitation. We would highly recommend Jason to anyone.
Our recent house sale process with Elders, Lennox Head, was unbelievably easy and stress-free. Jason Crethar and all the team at Elders have all been very helpful and friendly and provided us with excellent advice every step of the way. We are very happy with the speed of the sale and the price we received for our house. We would have no hesitation recommending Elders to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Jason has always been very obliging and efficient. He sold this house in 4 days approx.
Jason was great to deal with throughout the process of buying our first home in Lennox Head. He has a solid understanding of the market and he was quick to respond to any queries and requests we had throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy in the area.
Jason made which could be a stressful situation of selling a family home into an easy transaction. With his knowledge of local market, excellent communication skills throughout the process and his professionalism it has been a pleasure dealing with him and the staff of Elders Lennox Head
Jason is a long time Lennox local with excellent knowledge of the area. He was careful to help us find the right property and was a pleasure to deal with.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received from Jason. We found him to be prompt with returning our calls and he would always make himself available at anytime we required. Through Jason's hard work we were able to secure a sale price that was well in excess of what other local agents had quoted us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jason to any future vendors.
Jason embues the amiable welcoming spirit inherent in the Lennox Head area. His friendly approach encourages a comfortable relationship and trust. Jason's local knowledge is impeccable, having grown up in the area he brought a history and understanding of the social milieu to our experience. Nothing was too difficult, he was always available to show us properties on our limited time frame flying up from Sydney. We highly recommend Jason if you are buying a property. Julia and Len Homfray
We recently purchased a property in Lennox Head with help from Jason Crethar. He was extremely friendly, always available to take our calls and answer our questions (as first time buyers we had a lot of questions) and he made us feel really relaxed about the process. I would hope if we ever have to purchase a property again that we would get someone as good as Jason to walk us through it.
We recently acquired a house through Jason. He was so helpful and would go above and beyond to help us and was always available if not in person but via phone. He is very approachable and more than happy to provide or find the answers to your questions.
