Jason Crethar & Michael King at ELDERS Lennox Head NSW exceeded our expectations on the sales campaign of our property, the property sold quickly and with no fuss and at the price we had targeted prior to listing. Both Jason & Michael have a excellent knowledge of the local market and provided accurate advice on the sales process and price range to be expected. Troy & Yvette

We found Jason to be very approachable, reliable and professional. He genuinely worked hard for us and he didn't give up trying to get us the best property in our price bracket, which he did! Your good sense of humour also made the journey easier. Thanks Jason we love our new home!

I had looked at a few places with Elders & as they knew what I was after & my price range Jason got in contact & offered me a place that had just come pnto the market & hadn't even been advertised. It was perfect for me & exactly what I was looking for & in my price range. The process was quick & easy & I look forward to moving into my new home.

Jason was always very prompt and knowledgeable with responding to our queries. He always acted with integrity and looked after us well every step of the negotiation processes to settlement.

Jason spent a whole morning patiently showing a pair of critical clients several varying properties all around the district. We found him very friendly and genuine without trying to pressure us in any way, which is a far cry from our experience with several agents in the past. He seemed to understand our requirements, probably better than ourselves and later that day came up with %/1 Megan Cresc. Lennox Head which seems to suit us down to the ground. My wife and I even both agree. Without any doubts we would happily recommend Jason to anyone of our friends looking for a property.

It was a pleasure to deal with Jason during the purchase of our property. We found him very professional but at the same time easy to talk to. This made us very comfortable. He assisted us with inspections and valuations and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend him. Thanks Jason.

It is is not the first time we have Delt with Elders Lennox Head. We were very happy with the service provided. We were lucky to have the number 1 Agent from Elders working for us. Honest, integrity, open and enthusiastic are words I use to describe Jason. He achieved the results and kept us informed through the process. If you are looking for the real deal you can't go past Jason. Thanks mate your number one in our book.

I have know Jason since I first moved to Lennox Head over ten years ago. He has always been enthusiastic, friendly and displayed an excellent knowledge of the local markets. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jason and the Elders Lennox Team whether your buying, selling or looking for someone to manage your investment property!

Thanks to Jason we found a great property ticking most of the boxes on our 'must have' list. Even before we were quite ready to purchase, he was staying in regular contact, letting me know what was available and in our price bracket. He was always willing to spend the time and go the extra mile......even going directly to the solicitors office and council to sort out issues during the exchange. Hassle free, easy to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again in future.

I couldn't be more happy with Jason and the whole Elders Lennox team Marty Fitz

Jason handled our somewhat challenging purchase and settlement with attention, charm and good humour. We got there in the end and we couldn't be happier

I am more than happy to recommend Jason to anybody buying or selling real estate in the Lennox Head area. He is honest, accessible and a great communicator. As an owner selling from some distance away, I was very impressed by Jason's preparedness to go the extra mile and to always keep me in the loop....................Many Thanks .............Josie
