The family home in Terrigal had fulfilled its purpose now that Dad and Mum have gone into a care facility. The time had come to sell the property. We invited Property Central to submit a sale proposal. The proposal was simple, clear, sufficiently detailed with comparison sales and so was ultimately accepted by family members.
