Our experience this time selling our home was short and very sweet. I met with Jason on Wednesday to discuss our sale and he brought a purchaser through on Friday who made an offer the same day and we accepted it. I believe this happened so quickly and effectively because to some degree of timing, however Jason listened to our needs, pricing and our views on the market.
