Selling a home in the current market is incredibly challenging, but we couldn't have asked for a better agent than Kostya. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. He kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer questions, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening throughout the campaign. He was honest and realistic about market conditions, managed our expectations well, and was flexible in adapting the strategy as the market changed. At every stage, we felt supported and confident that he was working hard to achieve the best possible outcome for us. His professionalism, knowledge and genuine commitment made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. We would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to sell their home.

A very strong knowledge of the price that we could expect for the sale of or house. Second to none on his negotiation to obtain the best price we could expect. Would definitely use Kris again.

Kris you made the impossible happen: you made it possible for my power wheelchair to access the property thank you! We know you went the extra mile (and then some) to get us our forever home. We are beyond thrilled and couldn't have done it without your expertise and heart. We aren't just moving into a new house; we’re starting the rest of our lives in a place we truly love. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Luke was fantastic to work with throughout the entire sale process. He was always on time, incredibly responsive and proactive in following up every potential buyer. His communication was excellent, we were kept updated in detail and always knew exactly where things stood. We highly recommend Luke!

Michael listened to our situation & jumped in to help us. He gave us an honest appraisal, helping us to get the house and property ready. He was able to jump in with gardeners when ours fell through, and suggested others to help out with other issues. All of Michael’s team should be praised, they were always ready to answer even the craziest questions. Thank you Michael & team

Michael was amazing. He helped us find our new for-ever home knowing our prerequisites from a previous home we had looked at, with him being the realtor. Michael answered our questions honestly and if he didnt know he would quickly find out. He is friendly and honest and has made our purchase so easy. We would happily recommend him.
