I had been looking for a property for 6 months before meeting Jason at an open home. My first impression of Jason was professional and relaxed, the causal way he enquired about what my needs were put my mind at ease. After dealing with various agents for six months, I was over the push, polished statements, and just the urgent sell language. After looking at the property he asked what I thought and just pointed out what aspects of the property meet my immediate needs. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to place an offer during the 'timed sale' event. And let it go.
