I had been looking for a property for 6 months before meeting Jason at an open home. My first impression of Jason was professional and relaxed, the causal way he enquired about what my needs were put my mind at ease. After dealing with various agents for six months, I was over the push, polished statements, and just the urgent sell language. After looking at the property he asked what I thought and just pointed out what aspects of the property meet my immediate needs. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to place an offer during the 'timed sale' event. And let it go. Days following the event, Jason proactively called letting me know the property was still available. Again - no push, no phantom competition, no urgency. I gave Jason an offer and from there he just made it happen for both me and the seller. I was always waiting for an up sell, the declaration that a mystery buyer with deeper pockets had made a better offer. But it didn't happen. He made the sale happen. Not by using tricks, deceptive behaviour, but by being open, transparent, honest, and ethical. I would use Jason again if I was to sell my new house in the future, and I would recommend him to anybody.
