Jason has successfully sold my property in Watermans Bay. He kept me frequently up to date during the whole process and was helpful when I had questions. He might have been a bit too optimistic about his initial appraisal. The property sold 5% lower than initially estimated which seems reasonable in a period of economic uncertainty.
