He also provided useful advice during the negotiation with the buyer. He was very enthusiastic and motivated about selling the property right from the beginning. He might have been a bit too optimistic about his initial appraisal. The property sold 5% lower than initially estimated which seems reasonable in a period of economic uncertainty. Overall I was well impressed by Jason and would recommend him to any prospective seller.
