I first called Jason in late November/Dec 2017 about a house he was selling. He told me I had missed out as it had gone under contract the day before. I hung up, and forgot about it. I called Jason immediately, and within 20mins he had sent the contract, and within 1 day I had signed the contract and got my finance sorted out.
