Jason was great. Through his database, he got us a good offer the day after we listed (after showing through three parties that day!) After negotiation, the offer was very close to what was asked. Jason steered & advised us through a complicated building & pest with a tricky/fussy buyer. He worked quickly & actively in helping us fulfill the requirements raised, including direct discussions with the buyer which, in my opinion, solved the issues a lot quicker (and a lot cheaper for us!) than would otherwise have been the case. Our first time selling a house, and while I can't say it was an enjoyable experience, we were more than happy with Jason's services & advice, with the biggest factor being a bloody quick sale for a good price.

As the face of Ray White Redbank Plains Jason was very professional, respectful and empathetic to our reason and need to sell our family home after being there for over a decade. He was patient in dealing with our circumstance and was willing to work with us in what we trying to achieve. There were some issues of communication at times between the sales person and Jason and us, but we believe in our case that this was not detrimental to the sale of our property. Some information regarding the buyers intentions were not communicated to us accurately by the sales team and left somewhat of a bitter taste in our mouth. We believe our settlement was most likely different to the normal type of sale, in that we stayed on as tenants, but the handover of the property to the Ray White Redbank Plains property management team was sloppy and handled poorly from our point of view. Even after our insisting that we needed to have documents completed before we left for holidays This was not executed with the level of professionalism as the sale it self and led to some anxious moments on our behalf. When all is said and done these where minor issues and we would be more than happy to recommend Jason Lamborne (and we already have done so to several friends who are looking at both selling and buying) to anyone who may be looking for a reliable and professional advocate in selling their property.
