Jason approached selling my property in a very professional manner. He organised all aspects of getting my property styled, listed online and ready for inspection at a very competitive rate. He navigated this all while my property was tenanted which usually requires another level of flexibilty. He was straight forward about the selling strategy and how much we could sell for based on the current market and our location. He was pretty spot on and I'm glad I trusted him. Our first buyer fell through due to their finances not being in order however Jason did another open home that evening the deal fell through and had a buyer sign a contract on the same night. This is what I mean by him going above and beyond. I would gladly reccomend Jason to all my friends and family in the future.
