In the world of property exchange, both parties should be content with the assistance of the real estate agent. The vendor wants the best price for the home they are parting with, and the buyer wants the real estate agent to find them a home that fits their requirements and budget. It took a while and we got to know Jason quite well as we visited various properties in the area. He soon learned what was important to us and we could not have asked more of him as he negotiated between us and the vendor during the weekend. I imagine that the vendor would be as impressed with Jason's diligence as we have been.
