Jason was referred and introduced to me several years ago. Over the years I would receive an email from Jason asking me how I was going and to let him know if there was anything he could do for me. There was never an instance where Jason became a nuisance, as did agents from other Real Estate companies. Jason was extremely professional in his approach. I truly appreciated his follow up every few months. I was my Mothers Carer, Power of Attorney and Legal Guardian. We finally reached the stage where my 93 year old Mother was ready to put the house on the market as we were going to move to Queensland. Mum was almost wheel chair bound and had not had much of an education, big words stumped her and one had to be very understanding and patient when explaining important matters. She loved to be in the limelight all of the time especially with people outside the family. Jason was easily aware of Mum's nature and treated her with great respect. He directed his conversation at her with ease and she loved the attention.We reached the stage where the photography was done, the date the house was to be advertised and the date of the auction.Unfortunately before all of this happened Mum became very ill and the sale had to be put on hold. Mum passed away a couple of weeks later. Unfortunately we could not proceed with the contract as it was in Mum's name.Without me having to ask him to Jason took control and liaised with mums solicitor to do what was necessary for a smooth transition into a new contract. I don't know what I would have done without his skills with this sort of thing because I did not have a clue what to do. I did not have a clue from the very start.Jason was fantastic, so empathetic. He never showed any sign of frustration or irritation even though everything had been ready to move forward and he had to start over again. He just got it done.Jason kept me totally informed throughout sales process and still until this day.Can't thank Jason enough.
