This is the second transaction with Jason in two years. The first was the purchase of this investment and two years later (July 2021) the auction sale. We describe our experience simply as rewarding. Overall we had a good result financially with Jason. However his communication was inconsistent at best. Jason was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable to begin with however over the process of 6 weeks to sell our property Jason was increasingly more difficult to get a hold of on the phone and weekly reports about our property sale never eventuated. Jason is pleasant to deal with face to face and we did get a good result without having to go to auction.
Jason was great throughout the whole process of our sale he genuinely cares for the outcome and takes his time without being pushy like some. In my opinion he deserves more than 5 stars. I would be happy to recommend Jason Maxwell to anyone needing help. Easy-friendly person to deal with, and always a phone call away. Keep it up! We were very impressed with Jason’s knowledge and experience from the first meeting right through until settlement. Jason was very clear in his approach and was spot on with how he thought the sale would go.
