From the first advice about getting the property on the market so a settlement could occur before Christmas, to suggestions about which cosmetic things to upgrade in the house to make it more appealing to more buyers, and which larger projects to leave to the choice of future owners, Jason was always on our side and brought energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail to the entire process. Prior to our auction he explained a range of strategies for how he would handle offers and different scenarios and at no stage did he push us to accept low offers. Although the house did not sell at auction we followed his advice, and achieved a sale in early January, as he predicited, which was above our expecations.
