Jason appraised our property as did several other agents, I asked Jason did he have any current buyers looking for what we were offering? to which he answered YES. I suggested he bring them through as I had not made a decision as to whom I would list with. Jason brought us a cash buyer who was not actively in the marketplace, however they came and viewed, made an offer after some negotiation, we were SOLD. We were happy not only with the price, he also helped us to sell some furniture with the home and the golf buggy. Overall it made the selling process very easy and while we had left the country Jason continued to work for us, collecting the monies for the extras such as furniture and buggy and delivering the chq to a friends home. I would recommend Jason if you are thinking of selling in the Hope Island area as he knows this market well and uses his database very well.

Jason was the selling agent for the property I recently purchased. I was very impressed with Jason's communication throughout the initial inspections and was very happy with the way he negotiated a purchased price on behalf of both myself and the seller.
