We told him the exact floor plan we sought and within a few weeks he got back to us with a perfect match. He presented us a comprehensive info book on our arrival after the purchase and aided our visit by liaising with sellers re keys and altogether assisted a smooth purchase. (note we are interstate purchasers which could have been quite problematic.
