Generally we were happy with the outcome. Jason did a good job in getting the interest up in the property and obtaining the outcome in such a short space of time. Jason was extremely proactive during the sale process and attentive to keep us informed of the progress. He achieved a good result in quick time, so we were really happy and grateful for his efforts. We were disappointed with the Agency as a whole and the lack of communication post sale which meant the closing of the transaction didn't go as smoothly as we would've hoped and desired, which didn't do justice to Jason's professionalism throughout our experience. In saying this, once Jason, was aware of issues, he was really proactive in getting them resolved.
