Jason and Brianna were absolute superstars throughout the whole sale. The team were able to take care of all the behind the scenes issues and reduced the overall stress of it all. The team was just so professional but also personable and friendly, very upfront and honest about the whole process. I'm stoked with the stellar result. I highly recommend Jason and Brianna at Verv for all your real estate needs.

Jason and Sharna were able to secure us a fantastic result in the sale of our property in Forde. Their professionalism throughout the process facilitated a result which we were not anticipating. They provided detailed reports of the buyer pool and regular updates on all correspondence. These reports were received weekly for the duration of the campaign, and gave us confidence in their diligence, competency and professionalism. They provided honest feedback, expectations and advise throughout the process. Jason really shone at auction and is no doubt an expert in the field. Overall, an exceptional campaign from exceptional agents.
Jason is an exceptional agent and auctioneer. His deep real estate expertise and experience provided us with confidence throughout our campaign. We were kept up to date every step of the way and offered many extra advertising opportunities, which gave us great exposure. He brings so much energy to all his dealings. I highly recommend Jason and his team at Verv to handle your next real estate venture.
Jason was approachable and continually listened to our needs and concerns. There was open communication from Jason and all of the Verv Property team. Jason made an extremely stressful time manageable through his knowledge, professionalism and adaptability. Highly recommended!
Will hustle to get you a sale, will be honest and pleasure to deal with for our sale.
Jason is a thoughtful and engaging people person who is also a family man. He works hard to tailor peoples expectations on both side of a potential deal. He is straight forward, reliable and engaging. As a small businessman, he knows that the buck stops with him. And it does and he bounces back and delivers. Highly recommended by this older generation person.
Jason not only is good at his job, he is also very funny, and easy to deal with. A joy to work with.
Jason read the market well and is proactive in changing selling tactics and strategy
Jason was able to use his knowledge of the region to get us a quick sale, which was a priority of ours and still got a sale price that was above asking. Very happy with the experience in the lead up to listing and during the sales campaign through to exchange.
