Jason and Sharna as a team delivered a great result in the end despite us having a couple of challenging false starts with the sale of this property showing their dedication and perseverance to myself and getting the job at hand not only done, but with a great outcome. Great communication throughout the campaign, with special mention of Sharna in this regard with very good systems in place which made the entire process very easy.
Jason is highly professional. He is easy to communicate with and makes the sales process smooth.
Jason and Sharna were exemplary in the way they handled the sale of my house. At every point of endeavour in that process I was always consulted, informed and most importantly listened to.
Jason, Elizabeth and his team were efficient and professional, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Jason and would buy or sell with him again.
Jason Roses @Verv Property was exactly the right agent to sell my property. Communication was great and Jason and his team gave me great advice around how to market and present my property. Sold at the first open above my expected sale price …. This could not have been a better result. Thank you Jason!
Just a quick note and thank you to Verv Property Canberra. A Special thank you to Jason Roses and Elizabeth Da Pozzo for selling our property in Evatt, Belconnen. Both Jason and Elizabeth excelled in all aspects as they are highly competent and professional in the sale process. In our opinion, they are the number 1 sales team in the ACT. They both are not only there to support the sellers, (which they competently did for us) they are also there to support buyers. I have used all the so called high end real estate agents/agencies before in Canberra and Jason and Elizabeth from Verv Properties are Number 1. The so called other well known real estate agents in Canberra do not seem to care whether they get a good sale price for the seller - they only seem to be there for there own pockets and there own interest! Everyone in Canberra should use Jason Roses team from Verv Properties. I promise you will be so happy with Verv Property! If you want an experienced, confident auctioneer that is skilled in this craft, Jason delivered. Jason has a strong presence in this field and we felt confident with him being our auctioneer. Jason handled every situation during the campaign that came his way and always ensured that we were happy.
Jason was enthusiastic and a clear, prompt communicator. We had a great experience and are happy to recommend him and the Verv team!
The staff were always punctual at open house and always answered my queries by email quickly and in a very friendly manner. They made selling my house less stressful as they explained the process every step of the way. Jason's auctioneering prowess was a real highlight of the auction process on the day and I was very delighted with the result that he got for me. I would be very happy to recommend him to anyone that wishes a professional real estate agent to sell their property.

Jason did an amazing job selling our house under difficult circumstances. He always gave excellent advice, support and recommendations - which were all borne out in the end with an excellent price in a falling market.
Jason brings a terrific energy to the real estate sales process and managed to secure a brilliant result for us with a quick campaign. He’s got a great insight into what potential buyers are looking for and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
