Jason was great in the initial conversations. However, following contract signatures, which confirmed him as our agent, the experience was that we were no longer a valued customer. We were told we would be dealing with Jason, however we ended up working with his EA without being communicated to about these changes. The lack of communication resulted in numerous surprises and left us inconvienienced as we were the last to know about several scheduling appointments. Some of the issues include: lack of communication prior house on market, less than 24hrs notice on new owners inspection & bank valuation, no communication on change of agent for open house, expectations around deposit post sale were not met.

Jason was always professional and exceeded all of my expectations. He never once over promised and underdelivered, but under promised and over delivered. I am very happy with jason and would have no problem referring him to my friends and family and using him again in the future.
