Jayson was an awesome and reliable agent, he made our journey in selling our home a memorable, relaxed and enjoyable one, and Justin his personal assistant is sooooo amazingly respectful, kind and friendly, they both have a thorough knowledge in what they are doing, they are very well acquainted with the current market, and we sold our house to the price that we want. Jayson always listen to our every smallest concerns and he respect our every decision, both Jayson and Justin's service is far beyond compare.

Jason sold our home in less than a week and negotiated an excellent price. He had top knowledge of our suburb and surrounding areas, and the sales campaign was spot on. I highly recommend Jason and his team; they were very friendly, fast and efficient. I have now bought and sold with Jason - I would do so again.

My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Jason Roses of Luton Real Estate to anyone wants to sale their house. When we decided to sale our property 1 Short pl, Belconnen, From first interview till signed contract of the selling house, we are very happy to have Jason as our sales agent, during this period, Jason not only demonstrated his high level of enthusiastic, professionalism, also his great communication skill, and commitment to success. When the house passed in after auction, he worked extremely hard to with the buyers, and achieved a great result, we are much appreciated his work, and would like to say, Jason, thank you very much.

Jason Roses is great at Auctions and has a unique way of selling property at Auctions. His great with people including buyers and sellers. He is a very busy agent and always on the go. Jason sold two of our properties within months of each other, I wouldn't trust another agent to sell my property. Jason is definitely an agent I would recommend.

Three cheers to Jason and their team from Luton Properties - Gungahlin for selling our house. We truly felt that we could trust him and that he had our best interest at heart. His encouragement throughout the open homes left us feeling extremely satisfied that he was doing a great job looking after our home. We were very pleased with the way he kept us informed throughout the entire auction process. We could not have been more pleased and impressed with him and would recommend him to anyone of our friends and family.

I would recommend Jason to anyone looking to sell in the ACT market. We have used Jason twice and both times he has exceeded all expectations.
