Jason's communication was very good. he always answered my calls and if I left a message he always returned my call. Jason's knowledge was not as good as I would have liked, as my nephew who has purchased a few properties in the area knew a lot more. What the market has done in the passed and what is predicted in the future would would have been an advantage. I did not appreciate Jason's attitude towards me when I questioned the building & pest report. Before I even got the B&P Jason called me to explain the place is old & the company doing B&P are every harsh. I know this place is an older home but I only concentrated on the major defects. Jason was not happy with with what I had to say & called me to express this. Jason's communication with me when the buyer of my place was having issues, when I needed to extend the time line Jason was extremely cooperative. In conclusion I would like to thank Jason for his support and for the lovely gift on hand over. I am really enjoing my home and will start renovations in the new year. Michelle Patrick
