Jason was great, a real set and forget situation. As an interstate seller I relied heavily on Jason and he delivered. He carried out inspections, organized repairs, liaised with the rental agent advised on negotiating and got a higher price than any other agent estimated. Since first meeting Jason to discuss the prospect of selling. We clicked sharing a sports loving background. He appraised the property and it's potential if renovated. His Finance contact enabled me to draw down against equity with a better rate and T&Cs than my lender, in order to renovate. An unexpected hurdle was uncovered just prior to settlement from the buyers side. Causing settlement to be delayed several times through no fault of his own. From my experience as a sporting professional your skills as a professional are truly exposed under pressure. His people skills, knowledge and open communication between all parties was instrumental in keeping the contract alive, when it may have aborted several times.
