He is make me more comfortable with my decision Things I’m doing the right things and make right decision on that time Thank you so much

For a person only migrated for three months, buying a property from Mr. Song is a dream coming true. Jason is modest , thoughtful and honest. Thanks a lot.

Jason Song has an uncanny ability to be able to determine the best possible outcome for his clients. His work ethic and dedication to ensure your home is showed cased and viewed is second to none. Jason is remarkable at what he does and puts you at ease with his honesty and regular communication. Jason was only known to us from his regular house calls in the area which happened over a period of years (doing the hard ground work)We would and have recommended him and his team .

Jason Song is very professional and has a great team

Think long and hard before signing a contract with Jason Song. Yes he may be good at selling your house but he is a nightmare to work with. He has come numerous times to our house unannounced and when we didn’t feel comfortable letting him in he persisted in coming in. He doesn’t like taking no for an answer which in some cases isn’t a good thing. With Jason if it isn’t his way he starts getting irritated and raising his voice. His assistant Ebony at Place was the only saving grace. Working with Jason was a nightmare. Never again.

Jason knows his market and achieved a good sale price.

Great and professional agent. Very helpful advise.

Mr Jason Song and his team members provided us the amazing service to sell our house. Highly professional and dynamic team. We Highly recommend Jason and his team for your next buying/ selling journey

Jason’s team is apparently dominant real estate agent in Parkinson. You might notice his photo with big “SOLD” icon around the suburb easily. He is a very target-oriented sales person, which makes him very good job pro folio on Realestate website. I strongly recommend him when you think about selling your property!

Excellent professional service, good knowledge of the area.
