Jason is committed to his clients to get the best results, and his local knowledge is second to none. The experience Jason brings, his network, his support staff, his dedication, a well known agency "Place" is the reason for our successful sale and why Jason is the first choice for Parkinson.
Experience was good with Jason song, he very communicated and nice give good detail about property, give us good suggestions
Excellent property agent, bright and aggressive, highly recommend to my friends who are looking for property.
I had great experiences with Jason and his team, very impressed with the services that I received, very professional, great communication skills. They keep me informed at every step of the process and sold my house 5 days after the first open day prior to the auction. I am really happy with the outcome. I appreciate Jason and his team’s efforts. He is worthy of trust for all the sellers.
Being a friend with Jason for more than 10 years, not until he sold the first house for me, I understand the reason why he became one of the top sales agent in Brisbane. The best time to test an agent is when the market is heading for a downturn and the buyers are full of uncertainty. Jason and his team were well passed this test. It was a stress sale for Jason, having said that, most of the stress are coming from himself, not only because I am his friend but also he is full of responsibility and his high level of integrity. I would like to say thank you to Jason and his team. Your efforts are not without noticed.
Jason and his team were professional and knowledgeable. Jason is very honest agent and quick selling.
Im so glad I chose Jason Song to sell my town house!!! He’s so professional, efficient and has got the best knowledge of the whole market. Him and his team are so helpful and always give me fast reply and the best opinions on all the information I want. I’m so impressed by his judgement of the market and selling timing. And he always tries his best and never gives up. He managed to sell my place just a week after it was on the market with a very good price too! Now I believe if you choose the right person, there would be a huge difference!!! It’s totally worth it and you will never regret!!! Highly recommend Jason Song and his team!!!
I have been introduced to Jason through a VIP friend who has done numerous extensive research in the property and agency market of Greater Brisbane and south east Queensland. Jason’s professional attitude, excellent communication as well as courageous ambition to always think and thrive to achieve the best outcome for the customer is definitely well worthy of his commission. In addition, judging by the car he drives to work, he is a great family man and responsible father. Here I would also like to express my deep gratitude to Andy Guo in Jason’s team, he is the frontline officer to strike a splendid deal for me as well as the buyer for an commendable outcome. Ultimately, a deal is determined by demands and supplies on the market. However, it is these astute and diligent agents who creates added values for both the buyers and the sellers to have the privilege to cherish one of their most important life goals - home of one’s very own, to be enjoyed together with one’s most important co-travellers in this world - families.
Jason made buying our house very easy. I’m not sure when this man sleeps but he is available ALL the time. His team are amazing also and Ebony is so very helpful as well.
Jason knew the local market very well. Great advice on how to present our home. No pushy sales pitch and we had a very successful outcome.
Very good experience and knowledge about current market. Fast response and arrange. Help to get an approval from owner to extend the home loan application
