About Jason

Jason was born to be a real estate agent. It is in his blood and really is just something that comes naturally to him. His career started with First National Real Estate family back in 2002 where he consistently worked his way up from starting as sales prospector which led to a long standing career in rural/residential sales in Berry and then Gerringong. In 2012, Jason proudly took the reins from Dick Payne & Mick Cook to become the new business owner of First National Gerringong, along with long standing associate Joe Dignam. In 2017, Jason welcomed aboard Terry Digger as his new business partner. Together they formed First National Coast & Country and immediately opened their second office in nearby Kiama with a focus on delivering powerful and profitable property management along with client focused sales strategies throughout the whole area as one strong team. Jason loves real estate and working with buyers and sellers alike to achieve great results. He has been the recipient of the First National Gold Sales Award consistently for the past 5 years and has achieved many other prestigious awards throughout his 17 years in real estate. Jason has also spent considerable time working closely with developers on larger commercial and residential projects throughout the area and also has been involved in many rural and lifestyle property sales from Jamberoo though to Berry. Having a highly skilled negotiator is the key to a successful result. Whilst providing top quality service, communication and offering a wealth of experience in the local market, Jason saw the opportunity to put like minded people in the business offering clients professional and friendly service from anyone they deal with in the office. “It is a people business and we all need great people around us, we are very lucky to have such great staff.” The majority of Jason's business is from satisfied past clients and referrals from people that have dealt with him previously. This applies to all of the staff at First National Coast & Country. New business is always welcome and Jason loves meeting and assisting people with their real estate needs.
