I have been dealing with Jason ever since he gave me an estimation on our house 2-3 years ago. I agreed to give Jason a go at selling our house because he presented himself very well from the outset. His knowledge in our area is so important when they present the house to prospective buyers and I feel he did that very well. On his initial visit to our house and presenting to be the agent, he did a magnificent job and he easily won the work in our minds. He communication with me throughout the campaign has been outstanding and he was constantly trying new things to get buyers through the door. We first met Jason when purchasing our property and walked away saying if we were to ever sell he was going to be our agent and sure enough when the time came to sell we called Jason. Jason was extremely professional, and the thing that impressed us the most was his communication skills, Jason called us regularly keeping us up to date at all times, we always knew what was happening, which was really important to us. From start to finish Jason went above and beyond our expectations. His marketing strategy and recommendations was spot on for our home and suburb, his breakdown of the costs were very clear and easy to understand, his knowledge on the area and previous sales feedback gave us a great idea of what to expect from the sale of our home, his negotiation skills with potential purchases gave us confidence that we would achieve a great result. But most of all communication was a top priority for us and Jason certainly delivered on that one.
