The market knowledge was excellent and provided a well balanced and accurate advice on the progress of the sale and the marketing plan and progress. We were continually provided with updates on the progress of open days and inspections.
Jason Thwaites is the agent who originally sold my late partner and I the old house that we both loved. 8 years have gone by and despite my house ultimately not going to auction, he has now sold the property to someone else, who also loves it, at the price I wanted to achieve. Jason is someone you can trust, to tell the truth about the market and your property. He does his professional best, to achieve excellent results for the buyer and vendor. I highly recommend him, as a decent, kind and honest man with ethics, integrity and market knowledge.
Couldn’t fault his professionalism and advice. More than happy with the whole experience.
Jason and the Ray white team went above and beyond to assist me with all the real estate needs. Jason and the team were quick to reply to any of my questions and were very approachable, especially as I am a first home buyer. I appreciated all of their help throughout my journey of finding my first home.

Jason was fantastic to work with and incredibly supportive as we prepared for the upcoming auction. He really helped in negotiating the deposit and settlement days, he worked hard on to get terms that suited both of us, which made a big difference and gave us peace of mind. What was especially nice was that Jason introduced us to the vendor. That personal touch is something you don't always experience and it truly personalised the experience. Highly recommend Jason for his professional negotiation skills and commitment to client comfort.
As always, Jason never fails to deliver. Amazing service and advice and tailored the sale to suit us. You never fail to deliver! Thanks Jason, we appreciate what you have done for us
