Undoubtedly, Jason is very good at his job. His local knowledge is broad, he communicates well using real enquiry data and importantly, he gets the job done. I think it's fair to say that the initial Ray White price estimate was overly optimistic which made Jason's job here quite a bit more difficult. In the face of this, we appreciate his ability and experience. He ultimately came through and got this sale done.
