I would sincerely like to thank Jay Alcock for recently selling our home in Frenchs Forest. It is currently a depressed market which has clearly shifted to a ‘buyers market’. Jay sold our house and did it with style. It follows and is without doubt that I highly recommend Jay from First National Frenchs Forest. From the moment I first met Jay, I could tell he was a man with integrity and honesty. He was always punctual, friendly and genuine. Jay acted at all times in a highly professional and ethical manner. His knowledge of the local market was second to none. At no point in time was Jay forceful or demanding. He was the complete opposite. We often planned and worked together as a team and strategised each and every move with care and consideration. Jay also gave advice (on cosmetic updates to the gardens, interior and exterior), tips and recommendations. He also provided names and mobile numbers of tradespeople (who also provided me with free advice). This certainly helped make the house far more presentable and saleable. As is the norm, open houses are conducted every Wednesday and Saturday. After each inspection, I would hear from Jay by way of email, text message or phone call. Communication is the key and to be regularly informed of the numbers of persons inspecting and the comments made by those inspecting, provided comfort knowing that the house would be sold in a relatively short period of time. Jay has a fantastic skill base and I was thoroughly impressed with his communication skills, consistency and detailed feedback. Jay often called or sent a text on weekends or of an evening (which no doubt, was during his own family time). That is a committed agent and one I highly recommend. Jay was totally committed to the job and the sale (doing it in a friendly and professional way). Of course, selling a house is stressful. I can unequivocally say that Jay took most, if not all of the stress out of the sale of the house for me as the vendor.

We initially asked Jay to provide an appraisal of our property, but we were so impressed that ended up putting out property on the market only a few days later.
