We have had a positive experience selling our house with Jay recently in quickly changing market conditions. He was very knowledgeable of the local area and market conditions giving us great advice along the way. Jay was open and honest in his communications with us and where our house stood in the market, providing tangible examples. He was always available to answer our questions and concerns throughout the process which we found reassuring. We had tenants still renting the house and Jay and his team did a great job of working hard behind the scenes with all parties to ensure a smooth process for all and a great result.
