Ask to see a sales person and to my surprise this young person approaches me and introduces himself to me as Jay Bacani and hands me his calling card. I felt uneasy at first as he looks so young, asking myself how much experience would he have. His salesmanship impressed me so much that i decided to cancel prior appointments with 2 other agents. Jay was confident in the way he sold himself and i was surprised when he mentioned a 3 week contract in comparison to the usual 3 months.
