Jay had a great knowledge of the locality and the possible target market for my apartment. The sale of the apartment had many irregularities to negotiate and Jay was able to achieve a sale in a reasonable timeframe given the circumstsnces. Although it did not achieve the price I would have liked, given the downturning market and the circumstances surrounding my sale, he did a great job. Would recommend him to anyone considering selling.

The property was in the hands of another agent for a few months and then they left the company. At first I had a little apprehension having a new agent but you quickly made a connection with me when you gave me updates after each viewing, even when no one attended the openings. I appreciated your honesty. Also your patience with me asking numerous questions helped me to put my concerns at rest. Selling the unit was a little slow but only because there was so many on the market for buyers to choose from. Nevertheless, you continued with enthusiasm to forge ahead to sell my 2 bedroom unit in Ringwood East and help me achieve my heart's desire to move to Sunshine Coast near my family. You went above and beyond, helping me change the presentation of some rooms for better photos. For example removing the long desk from the window and moving the bookshelf from in front of the window to another spot in the same small room, made the room look bigger and allowed more light into the room. Another suggestion you gave me was to remove the carpets from all living areas to show the lovely floating boards. Thank You Jay and I would highly recommend you to sell all properties.
