Great service, friendly and professional

Jay had a great knowledge of the locality and the possible target market for my apartment. The sale of the apartment had many irregularities to negotiate and Jay was able to achieve a sale in a reasonable timeframe given the circumstsnces. Although it did not achieve the price I would have liked, given the downturning market and the circumstances surrounding my sale, he did a great job. Would recommend him to anyone considering selling.
