Wonderful stress free experience!

After much research and speaking to a number of local agents, we decided straight away to go with Jay after speaking with him. He stood out amongst the competition and we never once regretted our decision. He and his team were fantastic to work with throughout the whole process. Even though we were overseas during the auction, he was very communicative in the lead up and made us feel confident and calm (well as much as one could be prior to an auction!). Not only did he reach our reserve, he was able to surpass it much to our delight. He is a pleasure to work with and I would work with him again in a heartbeat.
