His communication throughout the sale of our home was impeccable. He was very professional and his knowledge of the market is bang on. We are very happy with the result. Jay defently made this easy and stress free for us. Great outcome Jay we highly appreciate your work. Thankyou !

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jay for our buying experience, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, he impressed us with his professionalism. He made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. We're incredibly glad that we chose to work with Jay and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch agent.

I have known Jay for a number of years now and he is a reliable and professional agent in town. I would not hesitate to reach out to Jay to buy or sell your home and thank him for supporting to sell my recent investment property. Great agent to work with

Jay was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole experience making my journey as simple as it could be.

I recently had the opportunity to use Cleary Fairbrother to sell my late Fathers home. We selected this agency because Jay was very honest and helpful during the initial inspection and later was very confident in his ability to make the sale. His knowledge of the market secured a sale price well above my estimate. We where kept updated at all times by both phone, email and messages and the professionalism shown was never less than 100% I would recommend Jay without hesitation.

Jay is genuine. He handles himself in a professional manner whilst treating you like a person not a sale to be made. He will give you honesty and is readily available to answer all queries. He knows Bathurst and understands the market.

Thank you for being so professional, helpful & thoughtful going through the process of selling my mother's house. This is a very stressful thing to have to do, but you guided me through & communicated all the way. So glad I chose this agent.

Jay was very much involved in the sale of my Bathurst home. He provided potential purchaser inspections and hosted ‘open house’ viewings. He provided frank feedback as to the ‘prospects’ of those he met at the ‘open houses’ and those seeking personal inspections. I was very appreciative of that in extravagant advice - very much keeping me grounded. His previous involvement in earlier sales of that same property was also very reassuring. I do not underestimate his contribution to the sale of the property - and thank and recommend him accordingly. Many thanks, Jay!

Jay was very professional and helpful throughout the process of selling our home. We couldn’t recommend the Cleary Fairbrother team highly enough.

Having dealt with Jay previously for a purchase and sale, it was a no brainer to adopt his services again when selling. This time with a bonus in Sandy! Whilst we mostly dealt with Jay, he and Sandy work as a team to show your home with respect and professionalism. We were kept up to date the whole time, directed wisely and with humour. With a unique property in ours to sell, they found the right buyer and supported us right to the finish line!

Jay was excellent throughout the sale of our house. We are very pleased with our result. Highly recommend!

Great agent. Professional and knowledgeable in providing a great outcome. Very helpful. Always available in need or if there is any queries. It was a very smooth process. Highly recommended Jay Cleary.
