Jay worked tirelessly to achieve a good result for us in a flat market. He communicated well and kept us informed of progress. As remote sellers his regular updates were extremely helpful to us. Jay highlighted the positives of our house and achieved a sales result that reflected the state of the market.

Jay cottoned pretty quickly as to what my needs were in a house having shown me a few 3 bedders and so when he insisted I went to an open house for a 2 bedder an hour or so later I did so and of course it was the right house for me & I bought it. He has taken on board my advice that for a newbie purchaser that we need more help around the rules - my rental property had to be left pristine and yet vendors can leave it filthy and to have to clean two houses top to bottom was a shock to the system!
