Jay cottoned pretty quickly as to what my needs were in a house having shown me a few 3 bedders and so when he insisted I went to an open house for a 2 bedder an hour or so later I did so and of course it was the right house for me & I bought it. He has taken on board my advice that for a newbie purchaser that we need more help around the rules - my rental property had to be left pristine and yet vendors can leave it filthy and to have to clean two houses top to bottom was a shock to the system!
