Honest and easy to deal with. Will be using Jay again.

Jay has always been helpful & prompt in our dealings/purchases with the agency. Also friendly & approachable is always a great asset & Jay certainly is. Though what happened to the vino etc which we received with our 1st two purchases!

I would recommend jay cleary,

Jay always goes above and beyond. An absolute pleasure to deal with and made the sale process a breeze

Jay was great, he showed perseverance during a market pause that none of us had been expecting and got us the sale in the end.

Great advice on the market, always available, Jay took the time to discuss various aspects of the process rather than just pass over it and for busy people we most certainly appreciated effort Jay put in

Jay was very easy to deal with - knowledgeable and understanding, and quick to respond to all queries.

Jay came to the rescue and sold our home on a couple of months after moving from another agency who were unable to sell it.. Our house had been on their books for almost a year! Jay was recommended to us by a friend. We found him to be honest, open and always available. Thank you Jay for finding selling our house.

Jay was honest and stood by his word on every occasion we spoke would recommend him to anyone.

Jay is a wonderful salesman and listens to all your wants and needs and helps find a home to suit ! Jay goes above And beyond to help potential buyers and we couldn't recommend him more !!

We have bought through Jai in the past and always rely on his integrity and local knowledge. Jai is most professional and courteous and we look forward to doing business with him in the future.

Jay provided outstanding service from beginning to end - the professionalism and clear communication through out was flawless. I will definitely be returning to Jay for future realty assistance and urge anyone looking to buy/sell property to have a chat with Jay! Thanks for your help mate!
