Jay was excellent to deal with. Not pushy, just friendly and helpful. When our new home flooded 2 hours after picking up the key, Jay came around, rolled his pants up, took off his shoes and started sweeping water away from the house. He also called a plumber and phoned to see how things were going later that night. He is a great guy, caring and generous.

One could say that after a disappointing experience with another agent from of local competitor we met Jay ''on the rebound''. However that would to deny his true value as an agent. Allowing that the agent's first duty is to the property vendor, we found Jay extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and only too willing to ensure all aspects of the purchasing transaction ran smoothly.
