Jay worked quite hard for the sale of the property and he did communicate regularly. I did not fully agree with the marketing strategy but did agree to go with his advice as I felt he would have the experience. It did sell in a reasonable amount of time so am quite happy with the outcome. I fully understand a property is only worth what someone will pay for it.

Jay was very professional and efficient in organising every aspect of the sale. He listened to my requests on marketing/advertising of the property and reduced costs. He was proactive in getting clients through before launch. Talked about pricing of house and my expectations on market sales. Only had one open house. I cannot fault Jay, we were selling the property as it was a deceased estate and was a very hard time for my family to process. Jay was very compassionate to our needs. We went to auction which was a new experience for us however Jay explained the process easily. We have been working with Jay , looking for a house to purchase in the Port Stephens area.
